Due to expansion we currently have several vacancies to become part of the team at our busy Customer Service Centre based in Radcliffe Manchester (M26).
Customer Service Agents
Our customer service agents are the first point of contact for our clients and supply chain alike. These roles provide our customers with all of the information that they need on a 24 hour basis. This is a face paced environment where you will spend much of the day using the telephone and computer systems. Candidates should have skills in Microsoft office and a confident telephone manner. These roles are on a rolling shift pattern with both day and night roles available. Day shifts 7am - 7pm, Night shifts 7pm - 7am. 4 Days on 4 Days off. Salary c£16,400 pa plus overtime as required.
Our accounts assistants are an integral part of our business, ensuring that our supply chain invoice us correctly as that we are not paying for services that we are not receiving! In a typical month over 9000 invoices will be checked and matched by the team. An opportunity exists to join them and start a career with Nexus. This role meets NMW and is Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. Microsoft excel skills are essential though it is not a requirement to have accountancy qualifications.
